Wedding Table Plans

An illustrated table plan is a captivating way of displaying a functional seating plan at your wedding.

After it has helped your guests to find their seats on your big day, you’ll have an everlasting keepsake of your wedding to hang at home.

Personalise your seating plans

An illustrated seating plan gives you the opportunity to include any number of completely personal touches and references.

Popular themes include much-loved hobbies, holiday destinations, and favourite cocktails.

This one uses different dating sites for each table name — a nod to how they met!

Table plan inspiration

It’s fun to think of something that represents the two of you, to use as a theme for your table plan.

Pick places or things associated with your theme to use as the motif to represent each table.

You can, of course, keep it simple with florals and colours to match your venue decoration.

Below are some ideas to get you thinking.

  1. Complete this form to tell me your ideas – include details of your wedding colour scheme and any elements you’d like to incorporate.

  2. I will send you a quote, and if you’d like to progress, I will invoice you for your deposit in order to secure a spot on my calendar.

  3. If you require drawings of anything specific, e.g. specific places you’ve visited, you can email these to me – photos or web links work well.

  4. Once I have finished your table plan, I will send you a preview and once approved I will progress to printing and framing it as required.

Read my ordering process guide for more.

Top tips for your table plan

  1. Get creative with table signage.
In addition to your table plan, I can design table name cards. If it better suits your budget, I can use the images I have already drawn for your table plan. You could commission matching menus or drinks lists too.

  2. Incorporate illustrations of yourself and your pets into the table plan artwork.
If I’ve already drawn a wedding portrait for you, I can use the same images, otherwise I can create an altogether new design.
