Can you believe it's just over a month until it's officially autumn?! I don't know where the time goes. I always know when the autumn equinox is though because it's always around my birthday. This year it's on the actual day (the 23rd of September for anyone that want to send me a card!).
With the new season in mind, I have compiled my favourite looks for the perfect fall-inspired wedding...
FALLING FOR YOU.
Beautiful autumnal tones of orange, red and gold. Decorate your venue using found woodland objects and highlights of glitter, and throw fallen leaves as confetti. Make sure your photographer captures some fun photos of you and your wedding party in amonst the leaves!
Tones of peach, cream and lilacs, posies tied up with jute string and vases made from repurposed milk churns and watering cans. This theme is perfect for a late summer/early autumn wedding. It is wonderfully laid back and elegant.
Use pumpkins and gourds of all shapes and sizes to add a wonderfully chic, natural feel to your day. Think beyond the bright orange lanterns of Hallowee, and use white and blue ones instead. If you can't get hold of these, use spray paint to transform them into beautiful white, pastel and metallic decorations. Use little ones as place settings, fill bigger ones with succulents and flowers to create pretty centre piec, and use a huuuge one as a letterbox for your guests to post thi messge d cards into.
