(1) Introduction
This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for my products made through

This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and I made under my terms and conditions of sale.

(2) Free delivery
I offer free standard delivery to all UK mainland addresses on all orders (inclusive of VAT).

(3) Delivery methods
I deliver to the UK mainland only.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This is not a guaranteed next day service, but orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 business day from dispatch.

(4) Delivery periods
This indicates the typical delivery periods for the different delivery methods.

Delivery method and Typical delivery period
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - 1-2 working days + (plus 10-15 working days printing time - please refer to my FAQs).

These periods are indicative only, and whilst I will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, I do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

(5) Delivery charges
There are no additional charges for postage. Delivery charges will be automatically updated to your order during the checkout process.

(6) Delivery tracking
At present there is not a tracking facility.

(7)Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

(8) Additional deliveries and collection
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, my delivery service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product or arrange for it to be redelivered.

(9) Delivery problems
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact me by email:

If my delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from my delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then I may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that I reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even though the initial delivery was free-of-charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • you provided the wrong address for delivery;
  • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
  • where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
