Self-Portrait: Wish List.

I spend (too much) time scrolling through, and drooling over my most-loved beauty & lifestyle blogger's Instagrams. I'm not ashamed to admit that sometimes I envy their glamorous lifestyles, and I always lust after the gorgeous clothes they wear to various PR parties and press events. Every time they try on an outfit from Self Portrait, I swoon - their dresses are stunning. Unfortunately I don't really have the budget to spend on so many glorious pieces (or have many opportunities to wear them), but a girl can dream! I love a bit of window shopping, and these dresses are top of my Self-Portrait wish list.

I love this dress because it's incredibly elegant. The crochet lace body shows a little skin, whilst the high neck and long sleeves keep it covered. It's wonderfully sexy, without being remotely trashy. And the pleated skirt...adorable! I could just imagine wearing this to a smart drinks reception, schmoozing about and sipping on a champagne cocktail.

Self-Portrait's 'Azalea' dress is one of their signature designs. In my eyes at least, it's a classic – and in bright red, it's just wonderful. It's beautifully delicate with spaghetti straps, a flared skirt and 3D guipure lace. What's not to love! If I owned this I would wear it to so many fancy events; weddings, birthday parties and special date nights at the theatre.

Thirdly, this lovely off-the-shoulder dress made out of wavy, guipure lace. If I had this (and I was the elegant person I can only dream to be), I would float around all day at exquisite garden-parties, delicately nibbling impeccable-looking canapés, wine glass in hand.

What are your favourite Self-Portrait dresses?
